Car service

The garage, called. The car, booked in.

Garages book by phone, and the desk asks the same things every time: what the car is, what it needs, and whether you are waiting or leaving it. Juno has the answers ready, rings, and books the car in.

Things you can ask
  • Book an oil change for my 2019 Civic this week
  • My car squeals when I brake, get it looked at Friday morning
  • Two new front tyres, Saturday if they can do it
  • A state inspection next week, I can leave it all day
What Juno asks you
  • What does the car need? A service, tyres, brakes, an inspection, or a look at something that does not sound right.
  • Which car? Year, make and model — it is the first thing the desk asks.
  • Drop it off, or wait while they do it?
  • Roughly when? A range works better than an exact time, so Juno can take whatever they have.

How it goes

Three taps from you. One call from Juno.

  1. 01

    Say what the car needs

The job, the car, and whether you can leave it. If something just sounds wrong, describe it in your own words.

  2. 02

    Pick a garage

Juno finds the shops near you that do that work, ranks them, and shows you a shortlist. Choose up to two.

  3. 03

    Juno books it in

It phones, asks for a slot that fits, gives your name, and asks what it should come to and when the car will be ready. You get all of it in the confirmation.

Juno handles

The awkward bits, handled.

The questions every desk asks

Waiting or dropping off, the year and model, roughly what mileage. Juno answers from what you told it, and says it does not know rather than inventing a number.

Describing the noise

Juno repeats your words to the mechanic exactly as you said them, and never guesses at a cause.

Anything that costs money

A diagnostic fee, a deposit, work beyond what you asked for: Juno brings it back to you and calls them again with your answer. It never approves work or agrees a price on your behalf.

“Just bring it in”

Plenty of shops take oil changes as walk-ins. Juno treats that as a yes and confirms the hours they gave you, rather than calling it a dead end.

Questions

Before your first call.

What kind of work can Juno book?

Routine garage work: oil changes and servicing, tyres, brakes, alignment, batteries, air-con, inspections and MOTs, and a diagnostic visit when something does not sound right.

Will Juno approve any repairs?

No. Juno books the visit and nothing more. It never agrees a price, approves a repair or accepts an estimate for you — whatever the garage wants signed off, they go through with you at drop-off.

What if they charge to look at the car?

A diagnostic fee is your decision, so Juno asks you rather than accepting it. Answer, and Juno calls the same garage straight back.

Does Juno know what is wrong with my car?

No, and it does not pretend to. It passes on exactly what you said the car is doing and lets the mechanic diagnose it.

Will it tell me what it costs?

It asks, and records the answer in their words — an estimate, a range, or whatever caveat they gave. If they will not quote over the phone, Juno leaves it blank rather than guessing.

Does the garage know it is an AI?

Yes. Juno introduces itself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf at the start of every call, and confirms it if anyone asks.

Juno also books

Never make that call again.

Free to start. Four bookings a month, up to four venue calls each, and unlimited asking. Nothing to set up.
