Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 17, 2026
Trugen INC ("Trugen," "we," "us," or "our") operates Juno, an AI assistant that makes phone calls on your behalf to book appointments and reservations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the Juno app and related services (collectively, the "Services").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We process your data only as described in this policy — to deliver, improve, and secure the Services. We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we never use the content of your conversations for advertising purposes.

1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, password, and profile details (such as year of birth and timezone).
- Requests and content: The bookings you ask for, the answers you give to Juno's questions, and any other content you create or share through Juno.
- Booking details: The name and contact number you want bookings made under, and the area you want Juno to search. Juno shares only the name and number with a business, and only as needed to make the booking.
- Phone calls made on your behalf: The request, the name and contact number you chose for the booking, and the outcome of the call, so that we can show you whether it was booked. Juno tells the business at the start of the call that it is an AI assistant.
- Preferences: Conversation topics, notification settings, and other customizations you configure.
- Payment information: Processed by the App Store or Google Play; we maintain records of your subscription status and transaction history.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and network data: Operating system, device model, browser type, IP address, and general location (city/region level).
- Usage data: How you interact with the app — features used, buttons tapped, session duration.
- Cookies and local storage: Used to maintain your session and preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How We Use Your Information

| Purpose | Legal Basis |
|---|---|

3. How We Share Your Information
A. Service Providers
To place and understand phone calls, Juno relies on third-party providers for telephony, speech recognition, voice synthesis and language models. What is said on the call and the details needed for the booking are processed by these providers solely to carry out the call you requested, and you are asked for your permission in the app before Juno makes its first call on your behalf.
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Services — including cloud hosting, AI language model providers, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond providing services to us.
AI language model providers that power Juno's conversational features receive conversation data solely to generate responses. They are required to delete this data promptly after processing and may not use it to train their own models.
B. App Stores & Payment Processors
We share relevant information with Apple and Google to facilitate your subscription and resolve payment-related disputes.
C. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trugen INC, our users, or the public.
D. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and the choices available to you.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share the content of your conversations for advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Account and profile data: retained while your account is active.
- Financial records: retained to comply with legal obligations.
- Booking records: kept so that you can review your bookings, and deleted when you delete the booking or your account.
- Data sent to AI and telephony providers: used only to complete the call or request you made.
