Yes. Ask for a check-up and cleaning and Juno asks the practice for both.
Does Juno know my dental history?
No, and it does not need to for a routine visit. Anything the practice asks that Juno cannot answer, it asks you.
How do I know it is booked?
You get a confirmation with the practice, the date and time, and the name it is under. If Juno is not certain, it says so.
Does the practice know it is an AI?
Yes. Juno introduces itself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf, every time.
