For businesses

If Juno called you, here is what that was.

Juno is an app that phones businesses on behalf of a customer to make, change or cancel a booking. When it calls, it is because a real person nearby asked it to book with you. We want those calls to be short, polite and useful to you too, and we want it to be easy to say no.

What a call from Juno is like

  • It says it is an AI

Juno introduces itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of a named customer, and confirms it if you ask.

  • About a minute

Most calls last around a minute. Juno asks for the booking, gives the customer's name and number, and thanks you.

  • It respects your hours

Juno only calls during the hours you are open, and never redials a place that has just said no.

  • No means no

Tell Juno you do not want these calls and your number goes on our permanent do-not-call list.

How to opt out

Just say so on the call. Tell Juno you do not want calls from Juno, and it ends the call and adds your number to our permanent do-not-call list. You will not hear from us again.

Privacy

Juno shares nothing about the customer beyond what the booking needs, and never uses the call for anything other than that booking. Our full privacy policy has the details, and you can reach a person at privacy@trugen.ai.
