Terms of Service

Juno is an AI assistant that makes phone calls on your behalf to book, change or cancel appointments and reservations with businesses such as restaurants, salons, dentists and pet groomers. You tell Juno what you need, choose the places you want tried, and Juno phones them, speaks with the person who answers, and reports the outcome back to you. Juno identifies itself as an AI assistant on every call. A booking is only made when a business agrees to it; Juno cannot guarantee availability or that a business will accept a booking.

You agree not to use the Services to upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Infringing any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Soliciting personal information from minors under 18.
• Using the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes or spam.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code from our software.

Trugen INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

All content, features, software, and branding within the Services — including the Juno name and logo — are owned by Trugen INC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of any content you create and submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Trugen INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to: (a) provide and operate the Services; (b) improve and develop new features using aggregated and de-identified data.

Juno may incorporate or connect to third-party AI models, services, or integrations (such as language model providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRUGEN INC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUGEN INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (I) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TRUGEN INC IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Trugen INC may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms that remains uncured after 30 days' written notice, or immediately for certain serious violations or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends and we may delete associated data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. For non-material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
